Nursery

We had only one week to get the nursery put together cause our lttle man came early. we still have some work to do on the walls and I still don't have a chair but its coming together. I was super excited about the furniture. I bought it online and it's risky, you don't know what color it really is until it gets here. It's hard to pick a theme but as for anyone that knows me I love classics so we got some old cars and airplanes.

My favorite part: the picture shown above. There is a man in our community that is from New York and his dad built some of the equipment for Amelia Earharts plane and got a picture of her in it in 1929. There is eleven copies of this picture and I just so happened to have one of them. It's a special piece because the Smithsonian offered him ten thousand dollars for it. We consider ourselves pretty lucky.

HE'S HERE!!!!

2 1/2 weeks early we welcome our precious little baby Bronson in this world on 6/3/09 weighing 8 lbs 6 oz measuring 20 inches long! I'm so grateful for a healthy (chubby) baby boy. I hope you all enjoy the pics

Easter

I pretty much sucked this easter and didnt do much. Good thing grandma Susan stepped in and did eggs with the kids. see what happens when Sam hides the eggs for the kids!!!!

Sam's Bday

Sam turned 38 on February 20th (ya I know i'm a little late). Usually when it's a parents bday in our family you end up getting presents that all the kids wanted. Sam sure is a trooper. As you can see he got a few tools to put in his shop. I love the bday cakes the twins make. I think its 2/3 frosting and 1/3 cake.

Cheating!

I have been so horrible with this blog. I'm averaging about one post a month and thats pretty sad. Hopefully after I have my baby I will have a little more to blog about. Speaking of baby, this is a whole new adventure for me. Its kinda crazy to thing some little guy is growing inside you.....until you feel them kick so hard it takes your breath away. Pregnancy is going good (minus the heartburn) but how can you complain? I have another ultra sound next week and I will post more pictures. In the meanwhile, Sam told me he was flying kites with the kids out in a field by our house the other day. I was so proud of him until I drove by and saw that he was CHEATING. He had the kids all piled in the Rhino and was driving fast so the kite would fly. What did we do before we had toys?

It's a boy!

Well I had my 18 week ultra sounds this week and we found out we are having a baby boy!! It's so nerve racking waiting 18 weeks to make sure you baby is normal. I guess now we get to relax and start enjoying it. Here are a few pics.
